Broche de la cruz roja, esmaltado y en perfecto estado. No se trata del broche pequeño de auxiliar sanitario, sino del broche de enfermera /o. Bonito diseño con svásticas entrelazadas a todo el borde plateado intensamente. Inscripción "Deutches Rotes Kreuz y debajo la palabra Schewefternhelferin.  En reverso Ges Gesch, abreviación de algo así como patente protegida por la ley.
