Aqui vemos una tripulacion de bombardero ingles.

Uno de los tripulantes lleva en la mano un casco MK II cojido del barbo.
Lo curioso es que no tiene los interiores :o

Lo mas logico es que en plena mision y con el equipo de vuelo, la unica manera de ponerse el casco , seria sin los interiores

Pues mirando esta foto que os presento, vemos a la derecha del vehiculo los interiores de un casco MK-I.

Y uno de los soldados parece llevar un grueso gorro bajo su casco, seguramente por el frio.
Dada la facilidad para quitar y poner los interiores a este casco, estoy pensando que podia ser habitual la practica de quitarle las tripas al casco para adaptarlo a las necedidades del momento. Ya que con sus interiores es muy justo , la solucion practica seria quitarselo :}

Curiosa observación...y muy lógica! (los interiores ingleses eran menos prácticos que los americanos...por eso los yankees sí podían llevar gorra debajo..)

Tengo entendido que la práctica de llevar los MKII sin interior también era seguida por las tropas marroquíes y argelinas francesas durante la 2ªGM. Así podían seguir llevando sus característicos turbantes debajo.
