hola, me imagino que no coleccionas nada más por que si no necesitarás una nave industrial. por cierto no sé si lo has puesto en algun hilo, pero porqué te has centrado en las gorras britanicas? (si me dices que por variedad y estética ya te creeré)

pd. Mira que son raros estos ingleses hasta para esto, casi cada regimiento tiene su propia prenda de cabeza, mira si son sectarios...

Respondiendo a los últimos comentarios y especialmente al de Sinimallorca, que se pregunta el motivo de esta colección. Pues no hay otro que siempre me atrajo la uniformidad británica por su variedad. tanto en uniformes como en prendas de cabeza, emblemas y distintivos que usan los diferentes regimientos que lo componen.
La colección de estas prendas de cabeza es bastante complejo, pues dada la gran variedad requiere un proceso de información muy detallado y minucioso, para lo que es muy importante contar con buenas fuentes de información, especialmente libros y revistas y últimamente internet. De no ser así uno se puede llevar desagradables sorpresas, tanto al comprar directamente en comercios como en internet, pues pueden mezclar boinas y gorras con emblemas que no corresponden, y no digamos ya de los "badge backing", que son los trozos de tela que llevan bajo sus emblemas de boina algunos regimientos.
Como ejemplo al comienzo de mi colección compré en una tienda, desaparecida hace años, un glengarry con ajedrezado blanco-rojo-azul y con el emblema de los Scots Guards, pero que años después y gracias a la información de libros y revistas he comprobado que sólo llevan glengarry el personal de la banda de gaitas y éste es todo azul.
La colección la comenzé en el año 1994 y desde el 2006 la tengo aparcada. Consta de 116 piezas, conseguidas una gran parte de ellas mediante petición por carta a los propios regimientos. En esta se incluyen emblemas de boina/gorra, emblemas de brazo, "cloth shoulder titles", "metal shoulder titles", emblemas de rango y especialidad, etc.

Para conseguir prendas para esta colección al principio lo intenté en tiendas españolas, pero sus precios eran y son bastante caros.
La siguiente opción fue a través de comercios que se anunciaban en la revista francesa Militaria Magazine, y ya más tarde por tiendas inglesas en internet, hasta que un día decidí intentarlo escribiendo a los Regimientos a pesar de que mis conocimientos del inglés se limitan a un curso en COU (1974/1975) en que era asignatura optativa.
Así que me hice con una carta modelo escrita por una amiga, y luego a buscar direcciones. Primero en el libro "Regiment and Corps of the British Army", luego en la revista Regiment y por último en internet.
Las respuestas de los Regimientos fueron de todo tipo.
Los que no tienen boinas a la venta o que el Ministerio de Defensa no deja vender a coleccionistas.
Los que te envían la boina y el emblema gratis, o la boina y emblema con su precio para que les envías un cheque por su valor, o primero te contestan con lo que cuestan y una vez remitido el cheque te envían la boina.
Luego están aquello que no tienen boina para vender y te envían el emblema gratis, o te envían el emblema con su precio y lo pagas después o primero te responden con lo que cuesta y una vez remitido el pago recibes el emblema.
Como curiosidad he llegado a comprar el uniforme Nº1 chaqueta y pantalón de The Royal Scots, tiendo que cambiar la chaqueta sin ningún problema.

Que significa que la de Paracas lleve corona del rey o de la reina...¿la época quizas???

La Corona de Rey (King Crown-KC) hace referencia a la Corona Imperial de los Tudor que se incorporó a las insignias de las prendas de cabeza del ejército
La Corona de la Reina (Queen Crown-QC) reemplazó en 1953, al subir la trono Isabel II, a la King Crown llevada desde 1901 por los reyes anteriores.
La King Crown a su vez había reemplazo a la Victorian Crown en 1901, fecha del fallecimiento de la Reina Victoria.
El tipo de la corona nos vale para datar perfectamente los distintos emblemas y prendas de cabeza.
